Wow, it has already been the first 2 weeks of the start of 2025! Time flies by in a blink of an eye. Since the beginning of 2025, we have been doing as a Grade 8 class some quick short word games every week on Ms. Disas' new smartboard. On the first meeting of 2025, we just played Scrabble the entire period and I gave it my best and won with nearly double 2nd places points. At our next meeting, we learned more about reading and we learned a new word that day called "Gamut" what an odd word. And we read about a chess grandmaster named Gukesh.
