Blog #3 2.3 Ayessha

 Hello, happy new year.

Today is our first AEP class after the break. I felt happy but also nervous, and a little excited. We did review of what we have learned last year and, and i didn’t remember all of them, but i remember when we learned about analyzing, skimming, and paraphrasing. We didn’t do much that day, it was pretty relax, and i didn’t think much because we haven’t started the seatwork yet. We played scrabble, we were paired up and i was with Kristine, actually i didn’t remember. We did fine, not really it was quite bad somehow. I was having fun and also I was laughing too, eventhough it was quite and also pretty awkward, I just had fun. At the end of the game, we weren’t the winners of the game, but it was fun, and the winners were Wiam and Selim. We got 70 points, and Wiam and Selim got 127 points. We played contexto  and it was fun too, I liked it, and i had fun.


It’s our second AEP class in 2025. We started put AEP class with wordle, we played wordle, and that day’s wordle was interesting. We got new word called gamut, it was new and strange, and i’ve never heard about that word before. We did seatwork. It wasn’t easy I was having a hard time doing my seatwork, it was really challenging and I didn’t know what to do, which made me dislike it. At the end of the day we DOGOnews. It was about a guy who loves playing chess and became the world’s best chess player if i’m not mistaken, and that’s all.

AEP Reflection 5 “Deep and meaningful”

Welcome back you all to another AEP blog! Today, Ill try my best to express things through words! Probably! Today was crazy.. currently in my car and I think I have to word things well here.. So, lets get started!  Today in AEP class, the atmosphere was calm, with the usual quietness filling the room. It felt like a regular session as we were handed a single sheet of paper for the activity just like the last meeting. This simplicity was becoming a pattern~and I found comfort in it.  As we settled in, the familiar voice from Ms. Disa’s phone once again guided us through the task. This time, we were presented with a checklist that asked us to select words we believed best described who we are. Aleena Imran - Grade 9 - Blog 2.2

  December 11, 2024 - Hurdle Defeats us Starting off a game never knowing it will defeat us is truly the most humbling experience in AEP. And in this case, it was Hurdle. Everyone thinks it’s over, but it always comes back to us. It’s truly a battle, a battle between choosing which letters were correct and the placement of it. It was quite humbling to see at the end how blind we were during the game. We did a worksheet that included a graph and filled in the blanks. Other than that, we all recited one detail about a different graph and also read example answers. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that since I adapted to doing these types of activities. January 8, 2025 - Defeated once again Once again, Hurdle returns to us. But it was quite different, it was somewhat similar to wordle, but you do it multiple times in a row until you lose.
