HELLOO WELCOME BACK!!!
(Let's pretend I have not just finished my last blog a while ago lol.)

I don't have a clue what to write in this blog cause all I did that week is take my finals. ANYWAY! I will just yap about my life atm. It's 7 in the morning, and I just crammed all my missing assessments cause today is the LAST day of submission. I hate that I built it all up for today, but like it's not totally my fault—because why was I getting assigned with so many projects every week while I had the most important exam of my life ahead? Well, to no benefit, I am doing the assessments while my exams have already started, so like it was my loss either way.

As for the Cambridge, everything is so crazy. I took my first exam. It was Math Paper 1. AND THE FIRST EXAM GOT US ALL COOKED (of course Leo, because of his brilliant Chinese genes). The paper was actually so insane, and not because it was hard or something. BUT THEY COMPLETELY CHANGED THE PATTERN. There was not a single topic from the questions that hold the most points every year, and the chapters we all mostly focused on!! I think I lost about 20 points—I really can't tell. I am praying the grade boundary is really low. Maths was the paper I was mostly confident about, that I could get an A on, but the first exam totally demolished my confidence. Now I am barely even studying for the rest which are upcoming.

Well yes, this has been life lately.

And as for AEP, I took the finals later on that week cause I was absent for that week's class!! (Again, I forgot for what reason.) But the exam was relatively easier than all the rest. I finished it in about 20 minutes. I am sad I missed all those AEP classes in the last term, because AEP is always fun. And I just can't believe this is the last blog of this school year.

That took a while for me to sink in cause HOW AM I GONNA BE A SENIOR NEXT YEAR??? Really, that’s crazy. It feels so bittersweet already—that high school will be over in one more year and then we all go our separate ways to uni? Will we even remember each other 10 years from now on?

Well, I am really excited to find out what Miss Disa prepares for us in AEP next year. I JUST CAN'T WAIT FOR THE CAMBRIDGE TO BE OVER SO I CAN HAVE MY LONG SUMMER VACATION.

Anyways guys, HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!! I am really sorry for the rushed goodbye. I swear I will make it up to you next year!!! I will post on time every semester!!!

See you after summer guys!! Take care!

"Before The Coffee Gets Cold" by Toshikazu Kawaguchi || Book Synopsis

In a hidden café tucked away in all the bustle of Tokyo, disconsolate patrons are given the rare chance to travel back in time. But, there’s a catch: they must return to the present before the coffee in front of them cools, or risk losing themselves eternally in the past.  " Before The Coffee Gets Cold ", a novel by author Toshikazu Kawaguchi, tells of four heartwarming, contemplative tales of a magical cafe's patrons that all interweave in the most little, yet enchanting ways. The first, a forlorn woman who seeks to mend a strained relationship before it becomes irrevocably broken, while the second hopes to acquire an explanation from a departed companion. A third character wishes to revist and undo a moment of regret, and the final traveler longs for one final brush with someone they had lost. The immutable and all-consuming nature of time unveils itself as each of the four's journeys progress, gently guiding them to acceptance.  The book uses charming prose juxtapo...

AEP Reflection 5 “Deep and meaningful”

Welcome back you all to another AEP blog! Today, Ill try my best to express things through words! Probably! Today was crazy.. currently in my car and I think I have to word things well here.. So, lets get started!  Today in AEP class, the atmosphere was calm, with the usual quietness filling the room. It felt like a regular session as we were handed a single sheet of paper for the activity just like the last meeting. This simplicity was becoming a pattern~and I found comfort in it.  As we settled in, the familiar voice from Ms. Disa’s phone once again guided us through the task. This time, we were presented with a checklist that asked us to select words we believed best described who we are. On the back of the sheet, the task became more challenging, as we had to choose the words that we felt defined us “perfectly”. It made me think harder about what truly represents me. When it came time for me to reflect, I chose family, art, and leadership. It was difficult to narrow down t...
